Complaining about BT makes no sense

My problem with BT is abusing it to tank a hit! I would love a mechanic that transfers the damage from the hooked survivor with BT to the unhooker if they are very close, so they can not abuse it evade all damage at all.

The problem that most people have with BT is in one of your points - the survivors rush the hook to get an unhook with BT. The idea behind it is that the killer should have the ability to punish a survivor for making a bad save, but instead they get rewarded. That's time the killer can't use as an advantage, and they're being punished and unable to punish survivors playing greedy. They will injure the person, sure, but they'll probably have enough time to get to a loop.
Again, like DS, people dislike when a perk that is designed for one specific thing is used in a way that is completely against its design.

i am complaining because the perk ends up encouraging unsafe hook rescues (also called "hook farmng") by survivors because they know they wont be punished for it.
i can literally hook someone, turn around, take two steps and they are off again, just because this WGLF David with BT was waiting for the unhook - some even do it mid chase just so the unhooked can then bodyblock for them, let them get away and then force their DS on me.
it brings a certain mentality with it where survivors try to get unhooks as fast as possible, instead of as safe as possible.
but besides those rather rare scenarios, i mainly complain about it from a survivors point of view.
i HATE getting hookfarmed right in front of the killer. BT doesnt do much other than buying me a few more seconds, but if the killer wants me dead ill go down again and get rehooked - a scenario that could have been prevented had that WGLF David not pulled me off right in the killers face.
and the worst part of it is, that he doesnt even have to face any penalities for it!
so, after all of this, what would i suggest to change about the perk?
nothing.
instead i would like to alter the benevolent emblem in a way where it counts a hook rescue as "unsafe", should the unhooked survivor get hit within 10 seconds of being unhooked. that way BT would protect the unhooked from going down to a camping or tunneling killer, but it will also punish those WGLF Davids who just pull their teammate off of the hook immediately, getting them killed.
