Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

What if a Killer had a rewind mechanic?

I think it would be interesting if a Killer had a rewind mechanic to allow them to instantly appear where they were 3 seconds previously. The Killer could make really interesting plays and end up cutting off some strong loops with it.

It's a mindgame on both sides. Because while looping you'd have to remember where the Killer was 3 seconds ago as well as pay attention to where they are currently

no, there's already an add-on for nurse which is pretty awful. You can do basically the same thing with spirit if you start phasing then go back.

The Photographer in IdenitityV can unlock such a skill as secondary power, alothough he has to hold and release the skill like nurse (the further back you want to travel, the longer you have to hold). Technically you'd only need to add a trail to the killer he can see his movement, like survivor scatchmarks (IdV uses footprints for clean visibikity)

While nurses addon seems similiar, she only undoes a blink, and has to do it before her fatigue which is an incredibly inferior version of just warping to the spot you were before.

Personally i dont think its worth being the only ability of a killer or their main ability. It could be a good gimmick but doesnt sound too exciting as the selling point for a killer.

Also, survivors already complain about nurse and spirit, are you really sure there should be another killer added they'd hqave to pay attention to not walk into where the killer could appear at? Boohoo my bias is showing.
