I noticed something after penalty's gotten disabled

ever since the dc penalty gotten disabled, i noticed that i been going into matches alot more quicker now, i think this is a good thing, i know that dc is annoying but, i think its a lot better without the penalty's because a lot people is coming back and are going in a lot more matches, so, no penalty's are actually better than trying to deal with dc's with the penalty's

what you think, should they bring penalties back or should they keep the penalties gone for good, i like getting into matches quicker, allows me to complete my challenge and don't have to worry about going into matches only 4 to 5 times a day, and don't have to worry about internet outages getting me banned preventing me from playing
