Common

  • Coarse Stone - Hit target suffers from the Hemorrhage Status Effect (hemorrhage is under powered).
  • Bandaged Haft - -10% cool-down time between Hatchet throws.
  • Amanita Toxin - Hit target suffers from the Blindness Status Effect for 45 seconds. (Blindness is under powered)
  • Pungent Phial - Hatchet Auras in Lockers are revealed to The Huntress when within 36 metres. (Simple training add on)

Uncommon

  • Oak Haft - -20% cool-down time between Hatchet throws.
  • Manna Grass Braid - -8% Hatchet Wind-up time.
  • Leather Loop - Start with 1 extra Hatchet. Increases Hatchet Carrying capacity by 1.
  • Shiny Pin - 5% Hatchet Wind-up Movement speed.
  • Deerskin Gloves - -20% Hatchet Reload time.

Rare

  • Glowing Concoction - Hit victims' Auras are shown to you for 5 seconds. (you see them run away)
  • Yew Seed Concoction - Hit target suffers from a moderate Hindered Status Effect for 30 seconds.
  • Rusty Head - Hit target suffers from the Mangled Status Effect.
  • Flower Babushka - -12% Hatchet Wind-up time.
  • Bone Haft - -30% cool-down time between Hatchet throws. (New. To complete the set.)

Very Rare

  • Infantry Belt - Start with 2 extra Hatchets. Increases Hatchet Carrying capacity by 2.
  • Venomous Concoction - Hit target suffers from the Exhausted Status Effect for 60 seconds. (You get to get rid of exhaustion perks.)
  • Thickened Mask - Huntress' Lullaby range decreased by 10 meters. (New. To help to get closer to survivors)
  • Bloody Doll - Movement speed increased by 1% for every Hatchet you are missing from your maximum. (New. To help end long chases. Strange numbering to prevent Iridescent Head from setting you automatically to 115%)

Ultra Rare

  • Iridescent Head - Inflicts Dying upon the victim. Sets Hatchet Carrying capacity to 1. Overrides all other add-ons. (Needed Nerf)
  • Skinned Bag - Removes the ability to get hatchets from lockers. Hatchets refill at a rate of (25/number of hatchets) seconds. (New. Strange numbering to prevent Iridescent Head from appearing every 5 seconds.)
