Nemesis + Furtive Chase + Dead man's Switch + Perk of choice

Find and hook your obsession then go patrol gens. When they are saved, the rescuer will be revealed to you for 4 seconds and unable to hear both your terror radius and chainsaw for the next 60 seconds!

Down them and repeat. This build is particularly good on closed maps with many line of sight blockers. Nothing gives survivors a scare quite like a completely silent Billy charging at them from out of nowhere.
