Actually yes they can but they probably won't for some reason the games are ending earlier i was told its being looked into whether thats true or not im sure its on priority because yeah same thing happened to me downed a guy hooked him boom game ended they thought i dced until they found out the game just disconnected us all.

....it was a bug?
Not much else to explain. Something bugged and you all got server DCd.

I don't understand your answers I don't see anyone disconnected, in the video the 3 survivors escaped in the game and the killer lost a pip
3 -
Basically the server booted everyone pretty much disconnect is the wrong word but the server basically kicks everyone its a semi rare thing thats happening ive had it myself and several streamers have had it happen its something on their end.

It "says" escaped, but if the game disconnects everyone it counts for an escape for survivors.
So that if a killer DCs, and the game ends, they dont all die for the killer leaving.
The killer de pipped because they (as the server sees it) all left the game and didnt earn enough before that.
It was literally everyone just being disconnected from the server itself.

might i suggest you put this in the propper place for devs to take a look at this?? IE: Reporting Bugs? this is the best. also submit a ticket which can be gotten to via the support section in game. that way the devs know to look at it. posting here will delay it getting to the proper group to find out what is going on. posting here only tends to draw inaccurate and usually sarcastic remarks (not all here were that but some were). Now I really do mean submit a support ticket and/or post in the bug forum vice here, but the ticket is the quickest way to get them to look at this and see what happened.

I remember that once I sent a ticket, after a few weeks they wrote to me (on July 20) that they were reviewing the ticket and they never answered me again 🙄

I've had the same response. but things take time to investigate. did you send your logs for that match time frame? did you send all the information you had on it? thing is without knowing more than a few words of an issue, they have to look at many things to determine where to look. They would need to see if others have had this issue, they would have to see if there was a server issue but they'd need the logs for that from the server and the player(s) as needed.
this game has thousands of people playing it and if thousands send a report of one thing or another it takes time to work through it. I've had communications from reports myself, and if it was an automated response that's one thing but if it's a personal response you can reply and they'll do their best to answer questions but that takes time.
for instance I recently ran into a spot where a door way was blocked on the yakamoka estate, so i got a bit of a recording, and submitted it for them. i gave them the tile number that it was on and everything I hoped they needed to make sure this doesn't happen again, I don't expect to hear that they fixed that till it comes out in a patch note if at all.

I made a complete report with absolutely all the required information and they never responded to me again, I doubt that the devs are interested in anything other than selling skins

One out of three: Hackers, ######### servers or game breaking bug.

this is the problem, you can not expect them to respond to everyone and say oh you're problem is fixed when it is a one off happening. but that doesn't mean that they aren't looking at it because if for you it happens once in a blue moon (to coin the phrase) it is happening to others as well. This means they have made note of it and are working to fix it. things take ages to fix because it's not always a clear thing. And they might not even mention it in the patch notes but it's fixed. Take Mass Effect: Andromeda, there were numerous visual glitches and many hated them, but within the month they were fixed, without much of a word from the company. they fixed them even so, even after declaring that andromeda will get no more work. but they still FIXED them. What you say is just parroting what others claim and blame them for. Be realistic, you are not the only customer, and just because you don't hear back on one issue doesn't mean they aren't working on it. Go to Everquest, there was a bug introduced in the expansion of Omens of War. this bug persisted for another two expansions and suddenly it was fixed! no word, no nothing just fixed blammo.... and it was a game breaking bug that could cost you your progression in the expansion too! so YES it's a problem, but don't start saying they aren't doing anything because YOU don't see the fix in minutes or even days. it may take WEEKS to find out what happened looking at the data.
