Nea (Graff-Crafter) separate?

Hey, sorry if this is the wrong place for this, but today while playing (PS4 for reference), my teammate had just the headpiece of this outfit even though it’s a set
How did this happen exactly?? I’d love to get the top if they’re being separated.

It’s a bug. Not sure how they did it again though when I thought it got patched.

It got patched about if you had it done already you still keep it.
But even though you gotta love how how this that has no effect on the game got patched that quickly but the flashlight aiming problems, Plauge aiming, basement hook teleportation and silent dying survivors still exist
