Best Wraith builds?

I’ve recently got the new cosmetic for Mr. Bing Bong and it’s making me want to try him out. I know he can become extremely powerful with certain add-ons but what are some good perks for him? I definitely want to use PGTW but I can be flexible with the other 3 perks.
