First 4k double pip with nurse

Just got my first 4k 29,000 game with nurse. I was running hex ruin, nurses calling, noed and blood warden. They popped ruin towards the beginning of the match I got a 2 stack towards mid game. I snatched one guy off the gate as I blinked towards him and then dropped him to go for the other person. So I basically only had 1 perk because the other person was already injured so no Ed and bloodwarden didn’t really do anything.
