Are Killers still locked?

I haven't been able to play today and I know that they reverted the MMR changes. Are Killers still locked during queue and in the lobby? I know that they locked them because of the MMR system but now that it's gone, is the locking gone too?

Since it was only implemented for the MMR, some people think this is a litmus test for them bringing it back. I just think they didn't think about it at all.
