Quentin face rework
So, I heard that in a Q&A it was said that Quentin’s face rework would never happen. Is this true? And if so, does anyone have the link? I’ve been searching and can’t find anything that says that.

I haven't seen anything official, but given how greedy new line was and the fact Freddys not allowed on half the games platforms I don't think we'll be seeing anything that requires a licence from them anytime soon. I wish it would happen though.

I’m not sure why people want a rework as he looks exactly how he does in the movie...
All joking aside, I actually love the way he looks when he’s P3 as it makes his face look better but I wouldn’t be against him being remodelled. I know the actor reached out to the developers and then we haven’t heard anything since. It could potentially be coming with the graphics update?

I would probably main Freddy if he had an Englund skin and was on Switch. I think Quentin just needs a rework in general, from his face to his perks.

I actually never looked very closely. Looking at side-by-sides of the in-game model and the actor and it's just like what the hell? How was this considered acceptable by a professional studio, let alone the artist who looked at this abomination based on a real person? Goddamn, that kind of #########-tier effort explains a lot about this game.

LMAO. Yeah P3 looks nice enough, but to get the likeness of the actor would be cool. His hair is awful. It’s poker straight & looks like straw, whereas in the movie it’s more curly &...healthier lolol
I’m just not sure where it was said that the face rework would never happen 🤔 Seems like an odd thing to say after they reached out to Kyle Gallner to make changes.

His hair is the worst part. Laurie and default Feng have the same issue where it looks really thin and almost transparent at the ends. I’m assuming they will look better once the graphics update drops. Also, I’ve seen people speculating about a Quentin rework as DBD have been posting some hints recently.

it's not just new line being greedy, the rights are really messy, some of it's owned by new line and some is owned by Wes Craven's family, so BOTH parties have to agree.

Man I hope so 😩 ANOES needs some attention. I know it’s been tough though, what with the legal crap going on. But still, as you said, certain little hints dropped lead me to believe that they’re bringing Freddy to Switch. Not sure about the face rework for Quentin but I’ll remain hopeful lol.

Yeah they did a really good job. I think the DBD team could do EVEN better though. They got Steve’s look spot on.

I recently P3 him specifically for the new look so I hope it happens. Even if they ultimately can't agree on securing the actors likeness, just make him look younger and better.
