"we feel bad for console players because we are going to wreck them" I've heard so many stuff about that lol, but how am I a rank 1 killer main and haven't lost a game yet, I kicked PC players ass Soo y'all still saying that we are trash

you have no way of knowing what platform they're on so you could be kicking switch or xbox player's ass. They could also just not be good regardless of rank

You know... you can still play with xbox and switch players and the crossplay icon will still appear.
No one was talking trash about you guys, if 3 not very bright minds said that to you, it doesnt mean all of us are the same.

Not all of us said that, by the way. I'm a very casual player of DbD as it isn't my main game by any stretch of the human imagination. I just wanted faster queues so I could play Myers and Freddy and the other horror icons again, instead of only having Survivor as an option if I actually wanted to get matches.
On that front today, cross-play has done its job. Let the console survivors run my killer around and escape. I'm fine with that. But at least I get to play killer again, now.

Some gaming chairs are gonna have to be replaced or at least industrially cleaned the first time some of the "pc master race" bores get stomped by a switch team.
But most pc players aren't so bad.

Console survivor are pretty good but killers aren't as good. Things like red rank billy that cant chainsaw me a single time.

Where on Earth were you reading any of this?? I've never seen any kind of trash talk like that on these forums. At most I've seen people saying they're concerned that console players will have to go against the occasional top-tier Nurse or Huntress on PC, which by virtue of the physical limitations of controllers vs a mouse, will be vastly more deadly than anything seen on console.

Two things: Rank reset happened today. And they had a crossplay icon, meaning they could be PC or any other console besides yours.
FWIW, console survivors seem to be a hair slower to react to my movements as killer. Could be lag, and it could be that they aren't used to the speed at which PC players can move the red stain. Either way, it's nothing they can't adjust to with time. There are stylistic tendencies that have kind of shocked me so far, and other things that can be explained by playing over TV speakers and not headphones. I've noticed the games with full console lobbies move at a MUCH slower pace gen-wise than PC games, but again, rank reset just happened today.

As a PC killer, most of the survivors I've played against were console, so odds are you were playing against console players.

They mostly meant from the killer side wrecking the console survivors, the console survivors don't have to worry about good nurses, onis, huntresses, spirits, which means not only will they face strong killers they will face strong killers playing at a level far above what they are used to

i mean you are as expected not a even threat compared to the average 4 man that i always got on pc, like a piece of cake no joke. we are right console survivors are consdierably less skilled than pc survivors, but there are bad survivors in every platform. and the killers were dcing all day even if i was playing solo, but meh. most people werent even saying anything about werecking anyone, because it wasnt neccesary. we all knew.

Hmmm. Not saying you're wrong or anything, so don't misinterpret this, but I honestly thought it was a thing of the past. I haven't heard it in years. Then again, outside of specific gaming forums, like here and Overwatch, I don't seek out video gamers too much. So, I never go to places like Reddit and such.
What I will say, though, is that when I was facing cross-platform survivors today (I am PC) too many of them kept trying to 360 me. That must be a thing that works on console, but all it did was basically give me free hits.

Yeah, see, I'll be 48 in December, so outside of hitting the forums for the two PvP games I play, here and Overwatch, I don't go where gamers are anymore, so definitely no Reddit and the like.
I've been an author for 30 years, but I also spent close to 14 of those years in the game industry, both video game and table-top (as far as video games, nothing big or anything). I'm a gamer and have been since the early 80s, but after those 14 years I came to hate interacting with a majority of gamers. So, I guess I just stopped seeing that idiot war still going on.
I played against a lot of console survivors tonight. I won some and lost some. The only real issue I saw was that a lot liked to 360. I assume that works against console killers, but it only gave me a lot of free hits.

Pls don't think Monto is speaking for the majority of the PC player base. This guy also said that EU has more potato players than NA, while consistently uploading videos were he plays with potatoes (I don't want to say with that, that NA players are worse than EU players btw, I think every region (and platform) has good and bad players).
He seems to be the type of person who likes to talk down to others to make himself feel better (or maybe because his viewers like it, idk). My points is, don't listen to him, he is rude all the time to all kinds of players.

Well, since the crossplay is now a possible thing, i have played with consoel survivor and against console killers...
The skill level is totally not the same. Most survivors on console don't even know how to properly loop... they are boosted it's terrible to see this.

Console players are not frightened by pc players. It's just their superiority complex talking when they say these things so console players just need to understand that that's all and then pc players get a reality check afterwards, haha. Keep on slayin' it my guy!
