Regrding consoles low fps

I keep hearing there are fps drops now on consoles, i don't have dbd on my ps4 yet(considering to purchase it but i'm upset that after buting the game i still have to pay ps+ to be able to play), any switch player can tell how the game performs on it ? And if it's a difference between docked /undocked mode? Planning to get a switch back soon :)) (even if i will have to pay for nintendo subscription.. sadly )
