Xbox players: anyone else having trouble inviting friends to play?

It's been a while that I do'nt seem to be able to play with one of my friends. Even when someone else invites us two for a party the game simply don't let us get together in the same party! We always get that message saying that you can't accept the invitation. We already searched through all of our wifi settings and nothing explains that!

I really have no idea of what to do :/
