Hello, I experienced this bug or hacker for the first time and it was really frustrating. Apart from the extremely long match making times lately, Im now losing good items and add ons due to this.

    That's a known bug, it's currently being worked on. basically getting too close to certain pieces of terrain will get you stuck for no apparent reason. Can happen to the killer to, but they can just attack the terrain to get loose.
