Question on Generator Instant Regression
I’m not sure about how accurate/valid the DBD wiki is anymore, but it says:
“Failing to succeed a Skill Check in any of the aforementioned sections.
- Will pause the interaction for 3 seconds and incur a 10 % progression penalty to all actions”
So my question is, assuming this is still true, when Surge is activated on a gen, does the bonus regression from the perk stack onto the regression as if someone failed a skill check (meaning it instantly regresses 18%), or does it only regress the 8% the perk provides?

The Devs intentionally made Surge as underpowered as possible. It's only an 8% penalty so its less than failing a normal skillcheck

Survivor regression penaltys don't make the gen start regressing, meaning a survivor can miss a lullaby, overcharge skill check incur a 21% penalty then you can hit it with surge 29% or pop 46% regression
