I tried it and it now works.

It worked. If you are on Console and you still haven't unlocked this go to your main menu type the code above and press start and you should hear a retro jingle signifying you unlocked it.

    They fixed this awhile ago. You need Pyramid Head or Cheryl selected when you do the code on main menu screen.

    as far as I know, it was only during the 4th year anniversary and you had to have the DLC installed and selected on the main menu.
