LeatherFace “bubba chainsaw” should be nerfed

Leather face aka bubba should be nerfed for the distance he go with the chainsaw linked attack. Also, LeatherFace was fine without the buffs.

    1. old leatherface was only good for camping, and these changes are powerful, but costly.
    2. wrong section bud. this should be in general discussions
