Are these considered rare?

So I decided to look on my PS4 DBD account as I forgot I owned it on there. I was surprised to find these offerings that I hadn't heard of before and wanted to know if they were rare in any capacity, and if they are then when were they removed?

I'm not able to upload the other pictures but if you look above the name you can see other offerings that aren't in the game. These include but not limited to Cattle Tag 28 (Slightly increased chance to be sent to Coldwind Farm), and Fuming Welcome Sign (Considerably increased chance to be sent to MacMillan Estate)

If you could let me know that would be much appreciated <3

    They are not rare, I have hundreds of the offerings that were removed.

    Those look like the OG offerings from way back in the day. I didn't even know that this was available on console. Everything that effects brightness was disabled so the Devs could have more control over lighting, and the others look like the old map offerings that were phased out (but not disabled, I don't think).
