Maybe this isn't a full time thing, just on occasion for the seasonal celebrations like Halloween, Christmas, etc. so how about it?

No, this wont happen, just save shards, they come by playing the game, and getting 1Mil BP is super super easy so pricing clothing that takes people weeks to get or that people paid for would be a kick in the teeth.
