In all seriousness though, if I down you even after you do the last gen, you are not entitled to a win. If I downed you, you aren't entitled a chance to walk away.

You can play however you want, just don't expect survivors to not be salty after dying on first hook because you decided to camp them. Plus what you are doing just encourages bringing DS/Unbreakable/Borrowed Time - just to escape these kinds of situations. So don't complain when survivors bring these perks if you want to camp.

Oh you mean camping when the last gen has popped and gates are powered is bad? I'm not scum, or new. I camp when necessary. Meaning when gates are powered and no one is dead, I'll camp. No other choice then.

Sure, camping when exit gates are open is probably the best thing you can do. I'm just saying the survivors will never be happy after you do that and some will call you out on being a camper, well, because you camped. So where is the issue? No one is saying you should leave the hook.

They never said it was bad, they also didnt say it was scummy. They didn't use any morally charged words at all. All they said is do whatever you want but you contribute to the second chance perk meta. Essentially feel free to play in a way that makes survivors mad, they cant stop you, but you forfeit your right to get upset about BT/DS by doing so, which i think is fair.
Personally I get why you camped there, a 1k is still a loss for you and a win for them, but it sure feels bad as the survivor on the hook. I know that i never once used DS nor wanted to until i got into purple ranks and started getting camped.

I do it all the time. I typically play nice and not camp/tunnel all game but when all gens are popped, I use w/e method to win.

lol i was playing Killer last night and hooked a survivor. One guy decides to try to flash light me after i hooked his friend. He blinds me but ive already hooked the survivor, so i just sit there right in front of her blinded and he just sits there clicking his flashlight more.
I really dont know what he was expecting, like was i supposed to run off blind or runaway from his flashlight? I dont get some of these survivors lol

It's not the fault of the survivor. The killer is always supposed to win a chase, and the case is that in most situations a survivor is already being chased when the last gen pops. You can't play cautiously then, because well, the killer is already chasing you..

When the gates are open, if I have someone on a hook and I have no means of one shoting another survivor, I ain't going anywhere. Survivors have too many tools to save that person. BT, DS, Body Blocking. If I can down another survivor before they get to the gates I will attempt but if I can't then I will secure my kill.

I don't understand the majority of people who play this game. You can run what you want, and play how you want. You cant force someone to play your way. Camp and tunnel if you want. Run ds unbreakable if you want. Its your choice. You are free to play how you want.

Oh I know. Years of dealing with toxicity for no reason when I only try to play fair, now I only play for me. If it helps me survive, I'll do it, regardless if killers like it or not. I mean that's what I get all the time with tunneling and camping so it's only fair.
