Yes it does! His chest and arms need to be a bit more defined. Add about 20 pounds of Muscle to his frame and he would be perfect. The build in that pic doesn’t display to me that he is easily able to lift someone up into the air with one arm like his mori portrays.

You need to watch the Halloween movie. Michael isn't some beefed up hunk of meat. He lifts people up with one arm after spending 15 years just sitting in a room in a sanitarium. Why? Because he's pure evil. Not because he's been pumping and sweating in the gym every day.
