Devs, have you re-enabled the mmr system without alerting?
Today all of the sudden I, with my 3k hours, started playing with brown and yellow ranks.
The matchmaking is pretty much instantenous, so, how do I get those players?

They mentioned on Twitter that they've re-enabled the DC penalty again.
Lying happens but its mostly withholding information/data and being vague with the community.

Matchmaking even before MMR was off and clearly didn’t work, why expect it to work now?
also they could be testing their new MMR version in specific regions without announcing it, they said they did it before.
also: MMR is another form of matchmaking that won’t take rank into account (at least not only rank) and that’s not a bad thing. The problem was that literal new players were directöy matched with people that had 2K+ hours of playtime and the skill was definitely not on the same level.

It could also be SWF teaming up with a low rank person, since SWF matchmaking is based on the highest rank in the group.
