Game is constantly dc'ing me and giving me penalty

So today I ran into this bug where the game would constantly throw me out from the game, either before we were loaded in or just as it startet. 2/4 times I got a penalty from it.
I played it as recently as yesterday without any issues.
After I restartet the game I was in the game for about 10 seconds before throwing me out. (This is where the screenshots were taken).
Now I'm trying to reinstall the game to see if that fix any issues... But what is going on?
