So when will I be able to unlock Hangman's Trick and Make Your Choice teachables on my Lvl 50 Pig?

I've had a bug for a LONG time (almost a year, I think) where Hangman's Trick and Make Your Choice teachables do NOT show up on my bloodweb despite my Pig being Level 50. The only time it will show up is when I unlock a teachable from a different Killer so that the Pig now has to acquire another Perk. Now, this isn't an issue in this particular case for because I do not want to unlock either perk as a teachable, but I am scared to level up other Killers too much for fear of not being able to potentially unlock teachables that may become desirable to me later on.
