Stealth Billy
With the changes made to addons, insta-saw hillbilly is absolutely gutted with charge speed addons giving a negative (hag speed and extra 2,000 bps for the same benefits as an old yellow primer bulb) or a situational trigger (Pallet needs to drop on head + an extra 2,000 bps to give the same benefits as the old brown spark plug but for 30 seconds) which when both put together don't add up to the old carburetor tuning guide plus primer bulb and in addition don't decrease the cooldown after a sprint.
The super speedy hillbilly Engravings addons were also gutted with the movement speed on doom engravings changed from 20% to 7% (Death engravings is freakin 3%) and the charge time changed from 12% to 20%. (according to the wiki that is, not tested myself). Which also goes hand and hand with the overheat mechanic so you can't really backrev with speed addons otherwise it'll overheat very quickly and you won't be able to saw.
BUT stealthy hillbilly may actually be in the strongest position he's ever been in. Apex muffler plus leafy mesh and tinkerer/dark devotion. You can zip around the map completely silent to all noise save for your footsteps (I hope Hillbilly's war cry isn't heard across the map... Otherwise this whole build idea is pointless even for a mid tier idea). Billy may be mid tier right now but at least he's got this one single gimmick. Iridescent Brick is kinda weak in that you gotta be chainsaw sprinting in order to actually get it to work and by the time it does work, you should be halfway across the map by then.
Silent Billy build: Apex Muffler plus leafy mesh. Tinkerer, dark devotion or that new perk that makes you undetectable after kicking a gen, BBQ or infectious since infectious procs before the undetectable, Pop Goes the Weasel.

Stealth Billy comes into my room and stares at me while I sleep. He's that level of terrifying.
Seriously, as a solo player it's genuinely painful. Easily the most powerful stealth killer in the game, and it's HILLBILLY. He can get wrecked by super visible maps, but otherwise there's nothing you can do to avoid him appearing right next to you. Even the apex muffler alone makes your warning way smaller.

Engraving Nerfs were reverted. They are the same as pre Nerf. And yeah, Silent Billy is pretty strong. Either use both Ultra Rares or the Mash.

They ruined stealth billy by making the addon iridescent. so it will hardly ever show up.

I think one red node is guaranteed in each blood web, so you would have a one in three chance to get it with each web. Also, due to the addon rework and changed rarity, older players will have many of those in their inventory. Not so for newer players, of course.

Purple was bad enough but iri just means you get to play it once every 10 games if that.

With BBQ and playing successful you can easily get more than 50k in one game, thats usually enough for one bloodweb. So it's more like once every 3 games on average. Why do you even want to play the same every match, esp. when it is a red addon with good reason? I see red addons as a mean to spicy up the game from time to time, not to play with it whenever possible. Also, if you complain that you can't play this addon bc it is iri, do you also complain you can't play inifinte EW3 Myers every game bc it is iri as well? Just being curious ...

Myers has other things that you can do with weaker addons, Billy has NOTHNG, unless you like to handicap yourself.
