Enable Mouse+Keyboard on console. It's already compatible.
It's up to the developer of the game to enable M+KB on console, as the compatibility is already there (except switch, but... switch is switch). Console MMOs for example, have it enabled. People will argue it only matters for killers, but some people are better/prefer a M+KB for games like DBD. Make it an even playing field and give everyone the option to use whatever tool they're best with.

I hope they get to implement this complicated feat before the time we colonize Mars.
Realistically though, looking at this port of the game it's generally sloppy patch work, because the UI was never reworked and adapted for a console game. But that's fine for me, but it's really weird that they don't have a community manager / or data analyst whom can poke the right people and get this function working.
Since the K&M support is done for other console games as mentioned previously, I don't understand why the developers are lagging behind with something so simple? I fail to see how that functionality alone could be tied with other systems, so it's just seems like a lazy effort. Also, I'd make the assumption that the PC version is a lot more popular and what makes money, so they deprioritize a function like that. Anyway, it was still designed for PC and not for other platforms, but it doesn't look like they are in a hurry to adapt and satisfy the part of the community that plays it on console.

It's sad how I can scroll through these comments and yall literally pointing out every thing that needs to be fixed but thede dev's that went to school for this cant fix nothing to save they life this game been out for how many years and it's still bad it dont even have a in game chat like who makes a team base game and dont add no way to communicate then yall add crossplay and ps,xbox,PC cant join parties together these devs is so useless Its not even funny
