DBD Mobile crashing

Hi I am new to dead by daylight and I started playing in mobile, yet my game is crashing every time I started the game just right after the loading screen finished. Is there any one of you knows how to deal with it? Im using iPhone 6 12.4.8 os and 16GB

ps. Im from Philippines and its my best phone so far
