Optimization (optimization of the code, don't mind most other things)
I wish they would do both, but making the game playable is more important to me.

Come up with some sort of balancing solution to the SWF issue.

Balance (perks, characters, add-ons..)
Buff up perks, solo Q, and weaker killers. Giving each perk a reason to be used would be a monumental task but it'd make the game much better overall

Balance (perks, characters, add-ons..)
First i would Balance the game and perks, like for exemple only allowing 1 exhaution perk/survivor, fonda solution Toward face camping, hard tunneling and some other toxic behaviours.
Then I would optimise the game so that there are less fps drops and that everything is stable with good servers (ill never mind small bug as they often get me laughting)
After what I would add a "perk of the week/month" system where 4 survivors/killer perks are showed forward and they would give you a bonus for using them, they would be chosen randomly and like each game grants you a certain number of BP/perk used and for like every 10 games with the 4 perks gives you some shards. It would allow toneventually change the meta perk for something more challenging or fun. Or add a random perk roulette.
But mostly i would change the Matchmaking system, something like the MMR or the actual rank system, but more optimised, i dont mind the actual rank system but they need to be changed do its harder to go in high ranks and they get matched together more accuratly (purple ranks with purple ranks, red with red, brown with brown...)
And thats just a bit of what i think, even tho iblove the game as it is for most of the parts
