Balancing Game Around SWF

People are going to play SWF no matter what and I won't blame them, it's fun to play with friends. If this is going to be more normal then why don't they just balance around SWF? For example, Object of Obsession is so broken with SWF, one person can relay information to the whole team. Wouldnt it make more sense to balance around assuming survivors already have communication with eachother.
If object or obsession was more like Alert where only flashes of the killers aura were revealed at moments of time then it could be more balanced. I mean playing solo with Object isn't bad but it'll be lying if you think most object players aren't playing with atleast a couple other friends. :( just a thought
