Cuando me esta cargando para entrar a la partida me termina de cargar y me dice "desconectado del servidor" probe borrando la cache,desinstalandolo y reinstalandolo nose que hacer mas alguna ayuda? error 500


necesito la ayuda lo mas pronta posible porfavor,gracias por su atencion saludos
