Mori key rebalance suggestion

Moris: Change ebony mori to: after all survivors have been hooked once, you may kill them by your hand.

Keys: Unlocks hatch after either all gens have been powered or EGC has started. Maybe buff the non-hatch opening functions to make up the difference
