Petition to make Jeepers creepers a killer.
Jeepers creepers is one of the best slashers imo.

Jeepers Creepers will never be in the game and I hate having to rehash why to new players every time the character is brought up.
The short of it is that the guy who owns the license for Jeepers Creepers, Director or whoever he is, is a convicted Pedophile / Molester / Sexual Predator or something. Because of this he is not someone Behaviour, OR it's developers want to do any business alongside or be affiliated with in any way, shape, form or fashion. Another way I heard it put is he is simply not someone they would ever want to give money to (because that's how this works, the devs buy the license in order to use the character).
I could be wrong but I faintly recall the devs themselves commenting on this prospect a long time ago, Mathieu Cote himself called the guy straight up "disgusting".

To start. This isn't a poll, it shouldn't be here. The title is misleading, since there isn't an actual petition. And lastly, BHVR wants absolutely nothing to do with the guy who makes them, pedophiles are off the table.

I mean... the joke isn't that funny and not very appropriate, really. You know what I mean, it isn't about driving, it's about rights to franchise and characters. The Creeper is a neat character, guy who owns him is nowhere near "neat" - even quite the opposite.
And if we take your question seriously - original Freddy didn't... steal, I guess? other than that he was a very brutal murderer since his teen years, starting with animals and his stepfather, finishing with his own wife and many-many little girls from Springwood. Remake Freddy is just a sadistic pedo who god knows why was chosen by the Dream Demons... yeah, that's stupid.

Um, no. Victor Salva, the man who created Jeepers Creepers, is a convicted pedophile. And I highly doubt that anybody here or on the dev team would want to give him money.
That being said, Screen Media bought the rights to Jeepers Creepers not too long ago, and a new movie is coming out soon. And Victor Salva has no involvement in the movie whatsoever. He'll probably still get some royalties from it, seeing as he created the Creeper, but if he isn't getting anything from the movie, than the devs could probably add this new Screen Media Creeper to the game, having no connection to the original. That's a big maybe though.

There's a new director now, I believe his name is Timo Vuorensola. He's a pretty chill looking guy, the creeper is such a cool killer, but yeah the old director.....was.....not human.

@MandyTalk just closed a post about Jeepers Creepers in another section of the forums because Not_Queen has confirmed they aren't even considering it as a license.
