Agreed. I didn’t even camp, tunnel or slug a single survivor. I only managed to get 1 kill and it was the survivor I killed who said these things to me lol.

I mean most people have killers they don't like or are not good against. That's just normal.
I wouldn't call Doctor's power dirty though. Every killer has a power that gives him certain advantages to deal with survivors, and the Doctor simply has a power that can help him find survivors and be strong in a chase. And because his power is actually good, he is actually a viable killer that has the chance to keep up with the fast gen times.
