Question/issue

When I get disconnected for internet issues or sometime when I'm in game and get stuck and can't move or sometimes I don't even know why. I get penalized for 15 minutes how does this get taken care of.

I mean there have been like 7 recent issues when I've been in a match in Autohaven and one other map that I didn't take note of that I was crotched around the big rock and gotten stuck. I couln't do anything but hope that if the killer saw me and picked me up that, that would allow me to beable to continue playing. Thankfully that did work. But there were a couple times that the killer didn't see me and I had 3 birds over my head and couldn't do anything so I left the match and got penalized. Then there were a couple times that happned and I stayed and just waited for the entity to take me because the killer never saw me. It's just alot of time wasted and my rank to be effected.

So in these cases what are we to do. I just started a game, the screen started to load and then everything shut down and it brought me back to all of my apps. I have no idea what happened but I clicked to go back in, went to survivor and I've been penaized for 15 minutes.

Just wondering if there is a fix for this or do I just keep getting penalized if something like this happens.

Glitches and other issues seem to happen alot and I get penalized when I don't really think I should.

Any suggestions?

    dc penalty should be 5 minutes max. the game has many connection problems, bugs, and issues.

    5 minutes per DC should be enough. There is no reason to make it escelate because who usually DC all the time because of Salt will just suicide instead. And well, a suicide brings the team into the same 3v1 disadvantage like a DC. Even worse when the Killer has hook perks like pop and BBQ
