Oni's power is STILL bugged.

I was playing as oni on coldwind and i got my power to a 100 it seemed, but no it was still 99.99% filled and the bar was white. I could not pick up any blood nor trigger my power so i was just a big m1 killer. Not fun so i just dced. I'm hugely disappointed that this is still a problem, oni not being able to use his power that is.
Has occured to me once today as of a few minutes ago. pls fix
