Hacking? Survivor downed + super speed

I was playing as survivor in a match and my teammate got downed. I see his aura move practically super sonic speed across the map and over to the exit. I went over to check it out, and I could still heal him & such.
Was this a hack? I’m a console player so I’ve never seen this before, so it sure as hell doesn’t seem like a glitch.

Yes. I got a video of someone doing the same thing. It's pretty comical, but it's 100% a hack.
