Survivors getting stuck in the Yamaoka's hook

The map was the Yamaoka Family Crest
I was playing as a killer when I saw some survivors teabagging in a hook. When I get closer I saw one survivor stuck in the hook behind the walls of the Yamaoka's Principal Build, near to the generator.
I don't know how he get stuck, but I tried everything, hit from every side, but even when the survivor was down I can't be able to get him. I tried to sacrify another survivor to break the hook, but nothing.
The survivor died to the Entity.
