As someone who plays killer and survivor
As someone who plays killer and survivor(main) i just cant help to read that 90% of the complaints are from being butthurt about the complaint,especially all the perk arguments.perks are fine.learn to adapt against them. Example is ds.the dont pick up survivor for a minute and catch the other person healing for a easy free slug hit or hide in a locker everytime someone gets picked up. Also as a killer and survivor player im here like

And sadly this is true. Then when you point this all out in other threads you get called an entitled [other side] for disagreeing with them.
It is literally why my name is my two mains, or my main killer and my former main survivor, form my forum name. People can't pull the entitlement card on me.

I try to be high rank as survivor as much as possible but as killer idc.also i deranked unintenially*from red trying to catch up on backlogs from tome3 book before tome 4 came out

It's fine to discuss perks and whatever else, even argue about them (as long as it's remotely constructive)
But I really wish people stopped the "if you use thing you're BAD!" garbage. I guess they're completely unaware that it makes them look like a little scrub baby throwing a tantrum when they can't seperate their opinion on game elements from players using them. There's plenty of things I dislike (like the always popular keys and moris combo pack) but trying to shame players away from using them just because I don't like them is just plain pathetic.
That's not how it works though, that just puts you in a superposition between survivor main and killer main. People can call you either whenever it benefits them to immediately avoid having to actually read what you said and keep screeching into the void instead! 🙃

There are some serious balance and "unfun" issues in this game and it is good to express. The problem is, that the majority just flails over the table to yell out on everything. Not everything needs counterplay, not every "unfun" scenario needs to be ironed out (you will nbever be able to reach such a point where 'everything' is fun anyway).
But the few things that 95% of all players agree to need to be heard and are a good change, if it simply helps 95% of the playerbase to have significantly more fun. Therefore it is good to talk about it. It is just that typical "us vs them" "entitlement" etc accuses and the vanilla baby mode requests that makes many conversations useless.

As someone who plays both sides pretty much equally... Everyone hates me 'cause I'm not in their camp and think everything is BS.

The amount of times when my pfp was Claudette I'd be called a survivor main was actually hilarious. Changed it to Pyramid Head and I was suddenly a killer main out to nerf survivors to the ground.
Even funnier was when I was called an "Entitled Survivor Main" and a "Toxic Killer Main" within the same thread.

I love the SAW franchise so much that Pig is my permanent profile picture. I've also switched to Yui as my main, especially after getting her to P3, but Cursed Legacy came out AFTER I made my forums account.

Nah I love it cause when I show them I actually play both sides they just never respond (or in one case, demand I change BHVR's matchmaking algorithm to give me harder-than-rank-one survivors).
