I filled out the survey as survivor only to find that in the next few games, hit registration plummeted in being effective at all. Notably, hits are registered through me into other survivors, I am downed 2 meters in any direction of the killer regardless of where the killer swung, and all killer hits seem to be hitting air rather than my character. It's like my sausage hitbox has increased to a fuzzy, gauze cylinder that's 2 meters wider than previously. Straight on hits have gotten better, however.
