TIMEOUT ERROR CAN'T PLAY THE GAME - Are We Not Allowed To Talk About It?
Why is this happening? What does it mean? What do you do about it?
My thread got immediatly closed, but I don't see any megathread on the issue either. Are we just not allowed to talk about it? Like seriously what is going on? I don't care if you're working on the issue, or know it exists. I want to know what the issue is even about, or why it's effecting my ability to even play the game.

There is a couple threads in Technical that got merged. Are you sure yours got closed or did it get merged? I think they all say closed at the bottom, you have to look at the beginning of the title.

Yeah pinned to the top of general talks is them saying they're working on it, guess they don't want a flood of posts like the Reddit is dealing with rn

I saw it. It does look closed. My guess is they decided multiple threads about it is not needed, especially when they announced on Twitter 3 hours ago they were aware of the issue and looking into it.

They said they were looking into it, your thread was closed because one of your questions was answered and your others didn't have answers. Expect this thread to be closed to since its pointless.

Your question was answered, which is why your thread was closed.
We already have a couple of threads in Tech support where the issue is being discussed, the forum doesn't need to be flooded with everyone asking the same question.
The information available on this error is pinned on this very forum, which kinda makes the posts redundant.
