Battery on the left or the right add-on slot to work?
Back during last flashlight challenge someone mentioned the battery had to be in a specific spot to work. It's been so long that I don't remember which side, now. I'm never use flashlight but for challenge. ☺

No it doesn't, that was a long time ago when charges weren't stacking properly but as far as I know it shouldn't matter anymore

So batteries will work no matter which slot you put them in, but basically add-ons are applied in a weird way.
Slot one will apply to the item/power. Slot two will apply to the item/power and the effects of slot one. This is why everyone always says to use the Long-Life Battery then the Low-Amp Fillament, not the other way around.

I think it’s when you pair it with the filament, you put the battery first then the filament second and get longer use out of the whole thing. Someone correct me if I’m wrong though.

Here's a question do blind challenges state use a flashlight I made that mistake just use firecrackers or party crackers saved up to make them easier on the harder to get ones

Blinds could be with firecrackers last rift. I'm not in game to check for sure how it's written. But I'll assume it would be the same. 😊
