Leatherface
Howdy ho hi everybody I'm looking for some tips against this bastard.
I was on winning spree until I encountered him and there was no chance.
Tips against him? Any....*looks around* nerf planned?
I don't have any problem against any other killer really. I promise. only him.

Yeah dont greed anything.
You just camp the pallet and drop it as he chainsaws. Dont try and loop it or he'll catch you 99% of the time.
Just drop every pallet and hope that your team mates just push gens as quick as possible so you can move on to the next game.
Games vs bubba are boring as fu3k now.
Its literally just camp pallets and windows or get caught.
Then i would say like 95% of bubbas are going to face camp if the first survivor last to long on first chase because they all know were just gen rushing to get on to the next game.
No one even attempts to save vs him anymore. His chainsaw will outrun any exhaustion perk and it also makes BT useless.
I die first hook vs bubba.
Next game please.

Right corners and Windows pretty much screw him over
So maps like lerys is a nightmare for him

Windows are very strong but be prepared to hop back over if he extends his power.
Not to be a dick but Billymains advice is terrible. He can be looped you just need to know when you're pushing your luck and drop the pallet early. If you time it right you can stun him right out of the attack. Don't try to mindgame shorter loops if hes revving his chainsaw because you won't win.
And pay attention to if there are any vaults around when running and the optimal way to get the fast vault. Hes strong now but his counterplay is still kind of basic, just not as good as it was.

Vault whenever you can.
Don't get greedy.
Play loops close to the edges of the loop and try to make him bump into it. If he hits it, you win the chase.
If you get greedy, he will punish you.
He isn't OP, but he is definitely better than he used to be.

I doubt they're planning to nerf him after they literally just made him not garbage.
There are plenty of loops that bubba can't catch you at before you make the pallet, unless he's using speed addons. Play safer than usual, but you definitely don't need to camp every pallet.

If he's bad/mediocre, abuse vaults, turning around obstacles and mainly don't be caught out of position.
If he's good/great, you need a perfect timing on your pallet stuns or get a good chain for window tiles.
If you face a really good LF you'll have a really hard time unless your teammates sit on those gens like there's no tomorrow.

Nerf? You're hilarious, he is the way he is because he was buffed after a full blown rework. Definitely no rework.
Honestly, the best approach for this chase strong killers is just to not get chased at all. Can't go down if you haven't been found. So best bet is to tap into your inner claudette and go sweaty immersed.
If you are found, milk your window loops as much as possible as those are safer than pallets since he'll just cut through them and you won't gain much distance, or even worse you basically tie both reaching the pallet at the same time but killer hits take priority over pallet stuns so you get downed anyway. So super safe window loops around central buildings and other strong window loops where he's forced to act as an m1 with little to no chance to use his chainsaw are what you want to go for.
But like someone else said earlier don't be greedy, use your loops to their fullest potential but no second chances against an LF with his chainsaw at the ready. So if you feel you might be taking a hit on the next loop better to just make the vault / drop the pallet for the few extra seconds of safety they'll provide you.

My advice is legit and based on my experience take it or leave it.
I gave advice assuming the bubba your facing is running bamboozle because lets face it that is bubbas strongest perk hands down, and any good bubba will have it equiped. If he shuts down the window and you try and loop him at a pallet a smart bubba will just mind game you and catch you with his speed.
9 times out of 10 bubba will get you if you try to loop him unless its a very strong loop which in dbds current state their arent to many strong loops i would recommend looping vs bubba.
Why yes he can be looped but he leaves you with very little room for mistakes.
Unless you can loop almost flawlessly and time everything perfectly most of time hes going to get you.
Like quick example the shack, strongest pallet in the game vs most killers.
Not bubba if bubba chases you into the shack and bamboozled the window if you dont drop shack pallet you are guaranteed going to get downed unless bubba is a complete potato.
His speed and duration will 100% catch you before you make it back around to the pallet and thats not taking into account add ons.

- equip head on
- go in lockers while he's swinging his chainsaw at you
- wait until the chainsaw frenzy stops
- profit

No killer worth his salt is running a band aid perk like bamboozle. There aren't enough busted windows like shack per map for that outside of Vault god myers. And if he does block a window its only 16 seconds. You could easily get that out of a nearby pallet.

Windows completely screw over Bubba.
The only time you should be throwing pallets is if you have no windows nearby, or if he's using Bamboozle so you can get to a new window.

Leatherface is strong now, especially the ones who use Bamboozle, you literally have no other choice except dropping pallets early.
I guess my main tips going against him is to abuse windows and LT-walls with pallets nearby it. If you're in a loop without a window, when he pulls his chainsaw, you will need to drop the pallet otherwise he will be able to catch your speed and down you.(try to do the most loops around the pallet before dropping).
Baby Bubba's probably will fall for the corners tricks and most survivors will just run around certain objects to make him go into Tantrum. That can work depending on the skill of the Killer you're facing.
Also some cool tricks you can do agAINST him(works against Hillbilly too), you can stun him on the pallet that is better than just dropping and letting him having a fast breaking animation, but that's very risky and only do that when you have a good ping.
