I do not find insidous that helpful, but I will think about it. what other perks would suggest? I can have three more.

Insidious, iron grasp and agitation so you can haul them to the basement.

Seems like a good idea, However, I have not unlocked agitation yet. however, Iron grasp can certainly works.

Agitation, Iron Grasp and Mad Grit are great for getting survivors into the basement. Which is exactly where you don’t want to be against Bubba.
The fourth perk is whatever you want. I’d personally use Insidious or Territorial Imperative so you know when somebody has dared enter your sacred place. (That sounded less sexual in my head)

If you want to be a full on salt collector, I'd go with:
Iron grasp, insidious, blood warden and NOED.
But holy #########, prepare for DC's, people giving up, and big time hate mail. It's basically the Hitler build

I do not have a blood warden sadly, but I understand this build's strategy. is there anything other than blood warden?

Camping Bubba main here, I run BBQ, Insidious, NOED, Bamboozle - but this is not the most effective, bbq is for points and insidious is for the memes mainly, especially now you can counter BT, but to be honest the stealth ambush can still give you a lot of value and I think it wouldn't be a true bubba build without it.
So I'll go;
Insidious (aforementioned), Bamboozle (best chase perk in the game, especially on Bubba, Agitation (carry people to the basement ofc) and then your choices are either Monitor & Abuse (very good to get close to unsuspecting survivors to use the chainsaw, I used to use this), or NOED. I'd go NOED, it's more BM/funny than anything, and if you find the survivors are able to get the generators done it's uncounterable for them.
You don't really need basement, you can camp any hook any any hook in a tile will have some sort of good ambush area for you (pallet gyms specifically have what I like to call camping cubbys.
Either way very easy strat and once you get the hang of it you should comfortably 4k most games and get lots of juicy post game chat. Good luck!

If you need a build to camp with Bubba, you are not very good, which explains why you are camping to begin with.
Try this one newbie- NOED, Blood Warden, Bitter Murmur and Iron Grasp/Agitation. Just make sure you don't hook the survivor until after the doors open with Blood Warden. That part might take the slightest bit of skill and timing so you might struggle with that. LOL
Enjoy low BP, low pip rate for the least effort possible. Players like this are what cause half the problems in this game. The other half are survivors.

Shoot, I play good and I'm at Rank 1, and there's times where I want to PO some toxic Survivors and camp. Idk any builds for camping, so I would ask the community who does.

So, when you load up your toxic build before finding a lobby, how do you know you have toxic survivors? How do you know you don't have some decent people just playing the game? You don't. Thus, you play like an a$$, completely legal, and create new toxic survivors for us to deal with.

well idk for sure whether the little area infront of him has been fixed since the "rework" there was a really close arear directly in front of him when he uses shock, it will not hit. i dont know whether or not it has been fixed just. if you wanna be a dick, use him and make sure to stay a bit away from it and people are unable to unhook. he is the best facecamper there is

Now I don't necessarily approve of this playstyle, I can't stop you. Bu oh well, there is Monstrous, Agitation, Iron Grasp, and Insidious. Get the salt factory pumping. For addons, I would say to use the charge addons if they have some, I don't really play Bubba.

I've found a neat trick that may be useful. When someone comes in for the save hit Alt+F4. it will glitch out the game and cause the rescuer to be on the same hook as the one they were trying to save

Because if they're not toxic... then I don't play "toxic". Crazy concept I know. You can still play differently from what your perks are. It's almost like anything can happen in game. Imagine being angry at someone choosing a specific strategy that you can counter completely by being a better Survivor.

Playing against camping bubba is basically being invited to play Board games like Monopoly and spending the whole play trough in jail.

Imagine being so angry that you specifically develop a strategy to not win, but just annoy other players. Yeah, I don't like players like that. Survivor or killer. Don't care. Players like that are too common now days and mostly because they never had to grow up playing games in front of others that could punch them in the mouth. Nor did they have to personally see who their words/actions hurt someone they wanted to be friends with. Yeah.....I don't like those people on either side. I'd rather play the game as intended, not just to annoy someone else.

I wish it was as common as you guys claim it to be. Because I don't deal with it. I've maybe ran into like 6 camping Bubbas in my time before and after the buff to Bubba. And during those encounters, I survived 4 of them. And of those 4, 2 of which the entire team survived because we were somehow coordinated enough as Solos. Granted, I will admit I play Killer heavily so I don't see it as often as a Survivor main would. But I have a crap ton of hours put into playing Survivor and I'm Rank 1 on PC so most of the communities issues, I hardly see these days.
And this goes for both of you now. Whether you personally like it or not, it's part of the game. I don't like getting face camped either as much as the next guy, but it doesn't ruin my fun, nor do I get angry in EGC and bad mouth the Killer because he used a strategy I didn't like. You're going to run into some Killers that play differently that just out play you. Most of the time I blame myself for getting into that situation, and the other times I blame lag or bs latency hits.

You should use insidious no matter what, as it can help prevent borrowed time saves. I´d add NOED as well as Agitation (easier basement game) and the 4th perk really is up to you. If they brought strong items, Franklins Demise might rob them of their item even if they brought a white ward.
Beware though as this....playstyle will harvest so much salt you won´t believe it. It also won´t make you better at playing Killer, so if you aren´t interested in fun, engaging matches I´d say go for it!
On the other hand, once or twice every couple of weeks I´m guilty of using this or similar builds to goof off a little.

Hitler Build would be 3-gen/Impossible Skillcheck Doctor (Overcharge, Distressing, Unnerving, Huntress Lullaby) with either an Ebony Mori or Jigsaw Piece.

I main killer, so I don't know how common they are. I've seen them, they are boring matches with little to do other than hold M1 till you leave. Does not matter how many there are, what matters is how many players like to be toxic just to "get back" at the other side. It's dumb. Play like you are in the same room. Play to win, that is all good. Sometimes camping is needed, sometimes slugging is needed. Sometimes body blocking is needed. What is not needed is an intent to just ruin the enjoyment of other players for the sake of doing so.
