Just to get this right, you want the community to critique your gameplay and point out stuff that you could do better right?

Yes

I will critique, generally cause I'm a clicky clicky teabag boi half the time and I have some experiences.
In the first second you instantly find the Bill and hook him. How long was the early game? How long did it take you to find him? Who knows. Myers early game before first hook is supremely important and you're in T2 at the start. That makes it you really hard to critique.
Gen gets done. (first hook and 2 gens popping is normal, especially with a setup killer) I know stalking highlights a survivor in white but if you know they're there then...why? Its bad for searching.
Dwight shows up and you're too in awe to strike his excellence. That's normal and I don't blame you. He loops you til another gen pops and YOU DON'T STALK EVEN ONCE. Going for Bill again was going for the weak link, which helps but at this point Relentless looks like a good perk. Missing like that will make red rank survivors think you're farming. It's good to lull them into a false sense of security. I also like to see that you put Iron Grasp to good use by hooking Bill immediately instead of taking him to the basement. Galaxy brain play.
Then you find a Feng Min that thinks she's playing a P3 Claudette and really show Relentless should be a perk you use. That's not an insult either. You need it until you're used to the swing distance. (Also hitting your obsession drained your STBFL stacks. You should have just stalked her there.
Meg acts like a Meg and you get your first Tier 3 at 2 gens remaining. Big oof.
Weak link Bill goes down for good, but did you really need to pop on him? You could have saved it for a stronger survivor like Dwight.
Now you might say "But I got Dwight at the end of that Tier 3!" Yeah but saving your Tier 3 for actual threats can be...wait wait...DID YOU DOWN DWIGHT WITH IRON GRASP RIGHT NEXT TO THE BASEMENT AND YET AGAIN NOT USE THE BASEMENT? Why even run the perk? Good lord.
You hang around Dwight, but that's fair since all the survivors are there which means they're not on comms and coordinating saves and you admit subconsciously that Dwight is the best player there, and pop T3 again. Miss miss miss.
Meg runs loops like a Meg with expected results. Then you waste the rest of your T3 by kicking gens instead of hunting survivors. Run Infectious Fright if you can't find people, it helps you snowball.
Feng again wishes to the deepest recesses of her heart that she was a P3 Claudette and gets found easily. One only shudders to imagine what would happen if she did gens instead of crouching around the map. She then expertly runs out into absolutely nothing and goes down.
You then watch the hook with Feng on it. I understand. A player like that will be hard to catch again so she does need a lot of attention.
Then you start a chase with Meg, and instead of following her out of the house with the big red trail of scratch marks you check upstairs. Megs are known masterminds so she may have been ready to loop you for the remainder of the game so I understand your uncertainty there.
Now at this point you've kicked the upstairs gen about 3 or 4 times now. Forget that. Chase the survivor down the hole and down them. They get considerable distance if you dally.
You begin another chase with Dwight who has not healed. He wants to make sure he can use his Dead Hard in case you go after him with Tier 3 again which I understand. A normal Myers would be building up his stalk for those sweet one shots. One shots that you...have put little effort into. Dwight starts smart but leaves his loop to run into absolutely nothing and doesn't even dead hard. I am still firm he's the best player on the team. Are you sure these guys are toxic? I don't think so Tim. They're kinda chill.
You're down to 1 gen and you hook Dwight again on the closest hook instead of going to the basement. Do you really think Galaxy Brain Meg and Fengdette with her mystical crouching skills are going to block you?
You max out stalk on Fengdette and continue to stalk her for no gain until Meg pulls Dwight off the hook. Now you stalk Dwight as he leaves and get Full T3 again ready to pop. That's not too bad. So we're in another Meg chase. You then hit Meg and give her a sprint burst instead of popping T3 and instantly downing her. Okay sure why not. Meg in all of her toxicity capitalizes on this sprint burst by running into absolutely nothing. You then again refuse to use the basement despite having Iron Grasp. I know it smells bad down there but you're not getting your mileage out of that perk.
You somehow get a final pinch of stalk off of Fengdette and pop T3...when everyone's injured. K. For the team Dwight finishes the last gen and keeps you busy while his team escapes, like a leader should. He Dead Hard's so gloriously that legends will be told forever after of how good it was. You're now at 4 STBFL stacks. Not even getting half the mileage out of your perk. Switch it out.
Since you're in T3 the survivors know you're coming, and one of the doors is open. That means the other survivor should...open the other door? Definitely a toxic team on comms. Right.
Meg exercises while generously allowing you enough stalk (that you didn't take at all during the match) to T3 and search for the final survivor.
Fengdette gives you bloodpoints for hitting her at the exit gate, practicing her Claudette wannabe moves.
2 Kills 2 escapes is balanced, and you see how easy it is to pip for survivor. In my heart I know there are depip squads out there that will absolutely slam an M1 Killer like Myers and it makes me want to give you a hug, pat your head and shield you from the horrors the Entity has to offer.
You did ask for critique though so...thar ya go nerd.

Critique to past and now.
One can see you improved in some areas, some things can still be worked on. What I do see you struggle most is when to lunge and go for a hit, often you will simply swing and end up short. You really should know when you can get a hit and when not, most of the times it is when survivors do vault or at a palle (go for the swing [when laurie vaulted the window that shouldn't have hit and yet it did] a swing when people are running from you should never end up short). Also tracking survivors like laurie vaults a window and you can see the scratchmarks outside but do go back in to check for locker and i was totally confused by it.
You have addons which lets you stalk people faster and yet somehow you stop use the power at all so why bring that addons? Like at 3 minutes you have T3, the match goes almost 12 min and that will be the only time you use T3. Use it! It makes myers more of a threat in chase to survivors and an instadown is threating all times.
Than for the early game, do not bother to kick a gen. It is literally useless, you waste 6seconds in the animation alone and when you are done you have to find a survivor again and in addition to that close distance on her/him again. So why is it a waste of time? Well a survivor can stop the regressing of the gen, with a simple tap. So keep chasing/stalking but do not waste time on that.
Also the approach to that first gen is strange to me. You are t1, they need to see you or hear you in order to get noticed that you are stalking. Yes survivors should check their surroundings but sometimes people are distracted. So you couldve gone for stalking at the gen or for a grab by coming down the other way. Both ways seem to benefit you more instead of jumping into the middle via the vault and they just run. Also notice how claudette is so much faster as adam, she has SB. So next time when you see her you should keep that in mind, pay attention to your opponents perks!
When you activate t3, you should be as close as possible. Usually the way i do it is either an ambush or you are in a chase, pop it and get the down. You want to have as much snowball as possible from that power spike in t3 so do not waste 10 seconds chasing because you popped it too early or late.
After your t3 you end up with 1 hooked and one on the ground, Laurie was hooked before iirc and comes at you before you pick up claudette. The moment you decide to pick up the slugged one, she goes for the save. She was already injured so why not at least whack her once or see if you can trigger exhaustion since the other survivor wasn't there yet? I mean maybe it is because you wanted her to get the save but i am not sure about it. Later it turns out she has portable borrowed time but I think in general it would be easier to get it drained right there. Imagine she uses it, picks up claudette and you immediately whack claudette again -> she has to recover completely even if the other survivor arrives which should give you enough time to down laurie again.
I am sorry dude, i am tired and will go to bed now. Hope this helps and might continue tomorrow.

I wasn't playing my hardest although my lunges were pure garbage but yeah I knew they had sprint burst both claudette and david had it at the start and I'm not sure about the other 2 since I do not remember. What I do remember is I had sloppy and most of them were injured it would have been a waste to use tier 3 when they are already one shot because I use tier 3 as an insta down not a let me vault windows super fast. But I thank you for your critique, it shows I still have room to grow

You are welcome, see this is something i forgot about. Sloppy -> Survivors like me usually love to be injured, it gives us dead hard and resilience.

Lot of mistakes in both videos, but the survivors you're going against allow them.
You've got three major problems that I see, that need improvement. Tracking, hit distance, and power management.
A few times, I saw you leave an area where you know there are survivors to go back to the hook. Lot of time and pressure wasted there.
Hit distance is obvious, you're swinging too early, I can feel your adrenaline from here. Be a little more patient.
Power management is a big one for mikey. You've got the right idea for 99ing people, but then you forget to do it again.
There were a few more questionable decisions, not just eating the locker ds on the healthy survivor, going through the window at the house of pain instead of stalking. Nothing major.
