Just have a question as to how do I get this challenge reward. I have already done this in three different play throughs. I done generator totem and unhooked people and even survived and escaped. Ok I think I figured it out. For one I only used Aces perks and I also died on that one but I got the challenge completed

You have to be on a generator and complete it. By which I mean if it's 99% done by someone else and you come up and complete it, you get the score point for it. Unhook and totem is self explanatory. If you do finalize a generator I'm not sure what's going on.
