Having fun with perks is hard

I grinded for about 300 hours to unlock all teachables one all my killers and my survivors, but now I realize that its going to take waaaaayyy longer to get all the perks on one single character. I always want to do fun builds but never have the perks I want.
Can we just get rid of perk tiers or something to reduce the grind?
