Why would it block dream pallets if they're not even real to begin with? That would look really goofy for a survivor that is awake.

I dont even understand where hex blood favour would be good at. Two situations I can think of where it's useful is when it activates and survivor gets downed on a pallet or survivor gets hit with a ranged attack on a corner of the map and he's going to have to go through the killer to reach the next loop.

I know it might look goofy, but imagine if it did. That would make it even more so they don't know which ones are dream pallets if they are asleep.

At a guess, it will probably block them but not show the entity spikes to awake players.
That, or it wont effect them in any way and you'll basically be nerfing an already weak power by screaming "Hey, here's my pallets! Remember to completely ignore them!"

That said, the perk is god awful so you'd be better off just ignoring it in the first place.

Yeah I'm not really sure why it's a Hex.
It's so bad that they could completely remove the hex portion of the perk and I still don't think anyone would run it. That's pretty bad.

It's very situational and that's the issue with a lot of perks that could be decent.

In my opinion it harms the killer more than help because you're saving the safety net for the survivors and not getting rid of the pallets , alot of survivors will waste pallets and this is almost like training wheels teaching them to move on somewhere else and use the speed boost to find a safer tile to run to
