So This Is The Killers Relationship With The Entity
I think this is accurate to people being under the entitys control.
Trapper: Unwilling, had to be tortured into submission.
Wraith: Unwilling, the entity has to manipulate him
Billy: Unwilling? the entity has to manipulate him but hes down with murder
Nurse: Unwilling
Myers: Doesn't care, entity can't control him
Hag: Unwilling
Doctor: Unwilling
Huntress: Willing
Bubba: Willing but would rather not
Freddy: Willing
Pig: Willing
Clown: Willing
Spirit: Unwilling, entity has to manipulate her
Legion: Pretty sure everyones down with the entity except susie.
Plague: Worships It
Ghost Face: Willing, definition of murder boner
Demogorgon: Willing
Oni: Unwilling, dude is getting super tortured
Death Slinger: Unwilling. Hes way manipulated even though hes way down with murder
Pyramid Head: Willing, but for its own reasons. Entity can't do much cause of Silent Hill.
Blight: Willing at first, then unwilling, back to being willing
Unsure About: Billy
Is this accurate?
Edit: Fixed Hag, Freddy, Pig, Doctor, and Nurse
Edit 2: Fixed PH
Edit 3: Fixed Oni and re affirmed DS.

I don't remember where I saw it, but the Hag is cursed with an insatiable hunger, she sacrifices survivors in the hope the Entity allows her to eat (through Memento Moris).
Freddy and Pig are definetly enjoying themselves, so I'd say they are willing.
About the Deathslinger I remember I theory for which the Entity manipulates him to make him see survivors as the people who have wronged him in life (since his killing motivation is revenge).

nurse and doctor are unwilling doc is tortured by the headgear and nurse is being suffocated by the bag on her head

I didn't know about hag, I had a feeling someone as innocent as her wouldn't go willingly. I always thought Freddy didn't like being told what to do. Pig just never struck my as the kinda person to enjoy eternal murder. I heard the DS theory too, apparently anyone who has white eyes is being manipulated (Thats why I wasn't sure about billy). I'll edit them, thanks.
I'll fix that, thank you!

Look at Deathslinger's eyes: those glowing eyes must be tricking him somehow so he kills people

Pyramid Head and The Entity have an unspoken agreement. PH is willing, but for his own reasons. The Entity has little to no control over him due to his connection to Silent Hill being so strong.

Thanks I'll fix that.

I always wonder If the hooks on trapper are from the torture. Anyway i totally agree with this list.

I always thought Doc was willing. If he wasn't, why would he be given such a special ability?
And why would you think Susie is not willing?
2 -
Doc put that thing on himself. Id say he is more than willing. Don't know about Nurse, but she rips herself apart every time she blinks so...

Doc I think is a similar deal to Trapper. Ok with murder and in fact we know that he is still “experimenting” with the survivors in the trials, but he is probably not happy to obey the entity and its rules, which is probably the reason for is headset, although even if it started unwilling, Herman seems to be fine with torturing himself for “research” at this point.
Nurse, I think she is also similar, but for different reasons, she didn’t want to do it at first, but eventually she saw no other choice and it seems that she think she is doing a favor to the survivors by killing them, continuing her “angel of death” stick.
In the lore, Susie seemed the more resilient to finish the janitor, so people think that she is not that into murder, but given how she has the happiest expression of the group, I think that in the realms, that is not longer the case, which I explain with the members of the Legion being mentally linked with the others, which made them much more willing to kill in name of the Entity.

Great list and I pretty much agree entirely, Nurse I would put into the 50/50 category since she snapped and killed every single person in the asylum by herself before the Entity even yoinked her. Freddy has major issues with being told what to do but as of right there's little he can do and he's a sick bastard so he's having a good time despite the pressure. Oni is definitely unwilling, however. He hates the Entity probably more than the survivors do. Unlike Trapper, the Oni is being tortured both physically and mentally. A good example of this is the Oni being forced to wear the mask that denotes the slur that the farmers called him that infuriated him. Plus, the Sanctum being on the Yamaoka Estate infuriates Kazan (Oni) even more. You're accurate about Deathslinger. His glowing eyes basically denote that he's being manipulated and if he ever were to see what he was actually doing, he'd completely reject the Entity.

I didn't think about oni, I'll change that. Nurse is in unwilling because of the pain the entity makes her endure with blinking and the bag suffocating her.

He put that headset on himself. It is a relic from his experiments during his tenure at the original Lerys.
I agree with Nurse.
We have no proof of a telepathic link between members. But I can see why now. Although, seeing her model without the mask shows her as a disturbing psycho... but that could be because of how much time she has spent in the realm. A lot of the lore is through different perspectives and a lot is, frankly, starting to become unreliable.

I don't think Amanda enjoys it.
Bleeding out on the tiled floor, darkness engulfed Amanda's vision, accompanied by a sound like creaking wood. Then she was in a forest, once more viewing the world through the eyes of a Pig. Trees surrounded her, their branches clawing at her from all sides. Waves of panic washed over her and she could hear her breath reverberating inside the mask.
Had she been damned, cursed to spend her days here, in this guise? Or maybe this was another test? Maybe she hadn't failed at all? John always thought one step ahead of everyone else, planned for every eventuality, and he would never give up on her, surely?
Jigsaw may have gone but he had passed her onto another. A being for whom she would be The Pig again.
Ultimately, she saw now that she had been right in the choices she had made. The time for games was over. There was no chance of redemption for any of them. They were meat, and meat was destined to die.
She doubling down to just on her own guilt just like she did in Saw 3
She was wasn't happy killing same as now just a damaged and broken mind trying to justify her situation

It's been confirmed that the head gear on his head is the Entity's doing
1 -
Where does it say that?

During a Q&A stream.
Look for question 47.
Some of the stuff is outdated and before they put a massive Focus into lore so maybe it changed but so far to my knowledge this is the only confirmation on the doctor's headgear that we have.
It's a shame especially considering they haven't done general lore streams in long time which is fine having questions about updates and new features is also great but I do wish they would leave some time just for a lore Q&A again

So not in the game... that is disappointing. They couldn't even add that into the lore anywhere. The Docs lore tab makes it look like he could be mad enough to add it to himself.

Nurse: Was the worst tortured out of all of them iirc
Spririt: Willing, but to sate her own rage more than anything.
Billy: Neither willing nor unwilling, he's there to murder so the entity leaves him to it.

Blight is unwilling. He isn't a killer born out of evil, but driven crazy by the Entity. If he was killing people like most of killers did, the Entity would have taken him as killer not as a survivor. The dude didn't know his potions caused deaths, when he learned about it he felt guilty and wanted to redeem himself.
