Bought a shrine ability and didn't receive points?

What can I do to redeem my BP? I bought Nurse's Calling this week but didn't receive any BP. My shards are gone and the ability in the shrine is greyed out for me. Should I open a support ticket elsewhere?

    Did you have NC before buying it from the shrine? also how much BP you had before buying said perk?

    Okay first if  you don't already have the teachable perk then you won't receive any blood points but if you did have it before purchasing it from the shrine then yes you should have blood points.

    To be honest your case seems very unique so you might want to go to the official website to fill out your ticket

    It looks that you haven't had A Nurse's Calling before that, so you purchased the teachable perk and received the teachable perk.

    you only get bp if you had the taught the perk already

    Sorry should have clarified, but I already did have Nurse's Calling. I bought it to get extra BP.

    Yea if you already had the perk before buying it and didn't get any BP I would open a ticket.
